  Great cafe in the centre, easy to find making it a great meeting point for friends and family. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Lots of choice and has slushies available which is a favourite with my daughter. I love the caramelattes.

  Sadly I had an unpleasant experience last time I went there. My 5yo suddenly needed to use the toilet. We were at the exit to Upper High Street so we rushed back to the disabled toilet inside The Chantry Centre but it was closed! I saw someone inside Boswell Cafe and I asked if my child can use the toilet there. The lady without any consideration said: No! It is already clean for tomorrow. I tried to explain that the one across is closed and my child really have to go to the toilet, but she told us to go the bus station toilets. So we did, only too late. I just want to say that I know the cafe was closed but I did not asked for a coffee, we just needed some help and a little bit of understanding wouldn't hurt.
  Please note that my rate doesn't include food and drinks from the cafe which are always fresh and tasty.

  Very friendly staff. Relatively quick service. Nice environment. Free WiFi. Inside cafe and outside in mall seating. Food is decent cafe food.
